The cottage is open mid-May until the end of September.
3 night minimum. 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) required for the high season (all of July and first half of August). High season weekly rate for 2024 is $2,000 (plus taxes).
For shorter stays the nightly rate varies, please inquire.

We have some availability in May, June, second half of August and September. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are currently unavailable.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people (Maximum of 6 adults)
No large group gatherings or parties
Towels are not provided (bed sheets and all linens are)
We kindly ask guests to take the trash to the curb on collection day
