The cottage is open mid-May until early/mid-October.
3 night minimum. 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) is required for the high season (usually July/August). The high season weekly rate for 2026 is $2,100 (plus 13.5% sales taxes). A $250 refundable damage deposit is also required. For shorter stays the nightly rate varies, please inquire.

Rules and Policies:
No pets.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
No large group gatherings or parties.
Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are all provided but towels are not.
You must bring your own bath and beach towels.
