The cottage is open mid-May until early October.
3 night minimum. 7 night minimum (Saturday to Saturday) is required for the high season (June 21 – August 23). High season weekly rate for 2025 is $2,100 (plus 13.5% sales taxes). A $250 refundable damage deposit is also required. For shorter stays the nightly rate varies, please inquire.

Summer 2025 High Season Availability. The dates crossed out below are unavailable. Any dates outside of high season weeks not listed below are available. You can also look at a calendar view of current availability on VRBO. Please note that June 21-August 23 we typically only rent by the week Saturday-Saturday. Labor Day weekend is available!

Rules and Policies:
Sorry no dogs.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
No large group gatherings or parties.
Bed sheets, blankets and pillows are all provided but towels are not. You must bring your own bath and beach towels.
We kindly ask guests to take the trash to the curb on collection day.
